Rick W. Finch
Executive Director (Interim)
Rick is a serial entrepreneur and has been a consultant for the Incubator since early 2023. He is originally from Pensacola, FL and has been in South Carolina since 2010. He is a graduate of Florida State University and is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Behavior Analyst.
Tripp Kirkland
Finance and Operations
Tripp is a recent graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Finance. He is interested in commercial real estate and hopes to pursue a career in property development.
